Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Vibe account. Creator payout features are limited to eligible account holders who are at least 18 and complete any required verification.

Provide accurate registration information, use an email address you can access, protect your password and verification codes, and notify Vibe if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content, you grant Vibe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically process that content only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect Vibe.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload, including music, video, images, names, and likenesses. You can delete eligible content through available account controls, subject to reasonable backup, safety, dispute, and legal-retention periods.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vibe to:

• Post illegal, exploitative, sexually abusive, violent, hateful, harassing, or dangerously deceptive material.
• Impersonate others, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, or share information without permission.
• Send spam, scams, malware, phishing, fake engagement, or automated account activity.
• Manipulate likes, views, watch time, followers, referrals, monetization, payouts, advertisements, or platform measurements.
• Probe, bypass, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload Vibe security and infrastructure.

Moderation and enforcement

Vibe may review reports and remove or restrict content, features, monetization, payouts, or accounts that violate these Terms, platform safety rules, or law. Enforcement may include warnings, reduced distribution, temporary suspension, permanent bans, withheld review of suspicious earnings, or referral to appropriate authorities.

Where available, you may use Vibe support or appeal tools to request another review.

Creator earnings and payouts

Points, monetization rates, eligibility requirements, withdrawal limits, and payout methods may change as Vibe develops. Displayed balances may remain pending while Vibe validates legitimate engagement and investigates fraud, duplicate activity, bots, self-engagement, reversals, reports, or technical errors.

Earnings are not guaranteed. Estimates, examples, or maximum withdrawal amounts are not a promise that any user will earn a particular amount. Approved payouts require sufficient eligible balance, accurate account information, identity and GCash verification where required, and compliance with these Terms.

Advertisements and third parties

Vibe may display advertisements supplied by Google AdMob or other providers. Third-party products, links, and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Vibe is not responsible for transactions you independently make with third parties.

Service availability

Vibe is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or stop, and uploads or records can be affected by network, device, hosting, or third-party failures. Keep independent copies of important content. To the extent allowed by law, Vibe does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Account closure

You may deactivate or request deletion of your account through available settings. Vibe may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or harm to users and the platform. Certain safety, payout, dispute, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

Vibe may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates may be announced in the app, and the effective date will be updated here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
